A lot of times people have a knee jerk reaction to Professionals leaving Nigeria to study or undergo further training abroad, they need not worry.

Prof Wale Sulaiman MD., PhD., Dr. Bennet Omalu, Dr. Hammed A. Ninalowo MD, and a host of others are prominent examples of why we should provide more opportunities for our graduates to undergo advanced training and also provide an enabling environment for them to flourish in Nigeria.

Prof. Wale Sulaiman is a Professor of Neurosurgery and Spine Surgery and the Medical Director of the Ochsner Neuroscience Institute.

The amazing part is that through his organization RNZ Global, He comes to Nigeria regularly to conduct free spine and neurosurgeries. He even negotiated a 25% pay cut with his American employer in exchange for longer holidays to Nigeria to pursue his passion as reported by CNN.

At Beezers Consult, the goal for us in the last 5 years is to provide opportunities, tutoring, and guidance for Nigerian doctors to access the best training for their career and give back to strengthen the health care system.
